Citation Specialist
We’re seeking a Citation Specialist to join our growing team in the legal industry. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent research skills, and the ability to independently create high-quality directory listings. You will be responsible for building and optimizing local citations, researching new opportunities for directory submissions, and focusing on sourcing listings specific to the legal niche. This position requires critical thinking, initiative, and consistent communication with the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Create accurate and high-quality directory listings for assigned websites.
- Research and harvest new opportunities for directory submissions, especially for legal-related sites.
- Focus efforts on sourcing and submitting to directories within the legal niche.
- Identify valid and reliable websites for listings based on provided guidelines.
- Maintain organized records of completed submissions and ongoing opportunities.
- Communicate proactively with the team regarding progress, challenges, or new opportunities.
Qualifications And Skills
- Strong practical judgment and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to create directory listings or profiles with minimal supervision.
- Skilled in using search keywords and search operators to find new or niche-specific listing sites.
- Capable of evaluating the validity and trustworthiness of websites for submissions.
- Open, proactive, and consistent in communication with the team.
- Familiarity with local SEO, citations, and directory management is a plus.
- Experience working in or targeting the legal niche is preferred but not required.
Basic Requirements
- Device Specifications: Intel i5 processor or higher with a minimum of 8GB RAM
- Equipment: Webcam, speakers, and a microphone or headphones
- Internet Speed: Minimum of 100Mbps with a backup connection for outages
Work Details
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific Standard Time | Tuesday to Saturday, 12 AM to 8 AM Manila Time
Location: Anywhere in the Philippines
