We are looking for an HR manager to oversee and manage the full spectrum of human resources functions. This role requires a dynamic and people-oriented leader who can foster strong relationships across all levels of the organization. As the HR Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our employee experience, driving key initiatives like job design, recruitment, and talent development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy.
  • Act as a bridge between management and employees by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues.
  • Manage the entire talent acquisition process, including recruitment, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Oversee and continuously improve HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Manage and enhance a performance appraisal system that encourages and sustains high performance.
  • Identify training needs and oversee the development and monitoring of training programs.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through the analysis of HR metrics.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field or work-related experience
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR Executive role
  • Extensive knowledge of all HR facets and practices
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • People-oriented and results-driven approach
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Demonstrable experience in working with HR metrics
  • Ability to design and implement HR strategies, coupled with strong leadership skills
  • Excellent skills in active listening, negotiation, and presentation
  • Competence in building and managing effective interpersonal relationships at all levels within the company
  • Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and commitment to confidentiality

Basic Requirements

  • Device Specifications: Intel i5 processor or higher with a minimum of 8GB RAM
  • Equipment: Webcam, speakers, and a microphone or headphones
  • Internet Speed: Minimum of 100Mbps with a backup connection in case of outages

Work Details

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific Standard Time | Tuesday to Saturday, 12 AM to 8 AM Manila Time

Location: Anywhere in the Philippines
